PyRaDiSe: A Python package for DICOM-RT-based auto-segmentation pipeline construction and DICOM-RT data conversion
This tool helps radiotherapy researchers and medical physicists build automated segmentation solutions. It takes DICOM images and DICOM-RTSS data, allows for their processing and conversion, and produces new or modified DICOM-RTSS files. It is designed for those who need to quickly prototype and deploy solutions for outlining anatomical structures and tumors for treatment planning.
Available on PyPI.
Use this if you need to develop, test, and deploy automated tools for segmenting medical images in radiotherapy, especially when working with DICOM and DICOM-RTSS data.
Not ideal if you are looking for a pre-built, ready-to-use clinical auto-segmentation software and do not intend to develop your own solutions.
