AssemblyNet: 3D Whole Brain MRI segmentation pipeline
This project helps neuroscientists and researchers automatically analyze 3D brain MRI scans. It takes a T1 MRI image and segments it into 133 distinct brain regions according to the BrainColor protocol. The output includes segmented images, a detailed report, and a CSV file with brain structure volumes. It is designed for researchers studying brain anatomy.

Use this if you need to precisely segment whole-brain MRI scans into many distinct anatomical labels for non-commercial research purposes.
Not ideal if you require this for clinical diagnostics or any commercial application, or if you only need very broad brain region segmentation.
