This project helps pathologists and medical researchers identify anomalous tissue regions in clinical samples more accurately. By combining microscopic histology images with spatial gene expression data, it can detect subtle abnormalities that might be missed using images alone. The input consists of both histology images and spatial transcriptomics data for tissue samples, and the output highlights areas within the tissue that are likely anomalous.

Use this if you need to precisely detect abnormal tissue regions by leveraging both visual and molecular information from spatial transcriptomics.

Not ideal if you only have standard histology images available and do not have access to spatial transcriptomics data for your tissue samples.
