Fast brain extraction using neural networks
This tool helps researchers in neuroscience quickly and accurately isolate the brain tissue from T1-weighted MRI scans of healthy adults. You provide your raw T1w MRI images, and it gives you a clean brain image, a mask of the brain area, and the total intracranial volume. Neuroimaging researchers and clinicians can use this for their studies.
