DGAC/Acropole
This repository contains the Acropole model for aircraft fuel flow prediction and Python packages for aircraft trajectory processing and fuel flow enhancement.
This project helps air traffic managers, airline analysts, and environmental modelers accurately estimate aircraft fuel consumption. It takes aircraft trajectory data—including type, speed, and altitude—and outputs precise fuel flow predictions. This is useful for optimizing flight paths, calculating emissions, or improving operational efficiency.

Use this if you need to accurately predict the fuel consumption of various aircraft types based on their flight trajectory data.
Not ideal if you need a real-time, in-cockpit fuel management system or if you are not working with flight trajectory data.
