Web application for the data-driven management of a small healthcare facility. Proof of Concept of a wider platform project in the Patient Satisfaction area
This application helps small-to-medium healthcare facilities in Italy track and improve patient satisfaction. It takes patient feedback through a digital questionnaire and open-text comments, then provides real-time dashboards with key performance indicators (KPIs) and sentiment analysis. Healthcare managers and administrators can use this to make data-driven decisions about facility performance.
