Snakemake workflow for comparison of differential abundance ranks

36
/ 100
Emerging

Qadabra helps microbiome researchers and scientists compare different statistical methods for finding which microbes are more or less abundant between groups (like 'case' vs. 'control'). You input your microbiome feature tables, sample metadata, and optionally a phylogenetic tree. It then runs various differential abundance tests and generates visualizations and a comprehensive report showing the ranked results from each method, helping you understand their agreement and disagreement.

Use this if you need to robustly identify differentially abundant microbes in your microbiome dataset by comparing the outcomes of multiple analysis methods.

Not ideal if you are looking for a single, definitive answer from one specific statistical method without comparing its results to others.
