This tool helps clinical researchers and data scientists manage and analyze health data stored in the OMOP Common Data Model (CDM). It takes raw clinical data, potentially from FHIR sources, and organizes it into a standardized OMOP database. You can then use plain language queries to extract meaningful insights and easily convert results into dataframes for further analysis or machine learning workflows.

Available on PyPI.

Use this if you need to standardize, manage, and query large datasets of patient health records according to the OMOP CDM, and want to easily integrate this data into analytical pipelines.

Not ideal if you are working with non-clinical data or if your primary goal is not to conform to the OMOP CDM standard.
