Knowledge Graph for Legal Documents using Litigation Releases from the SEC website. Classifies into different crimes, extracts relevant information (violator, violation, action taken by authorities and fines) and finally generates the knowledge graph.
This project helps legal professionals and compliance officers analyze SEC litigation releases more efficiently. It takes unstructured legal documents as input, automatically categorizes them into types like Fraud or Insider Trading, and extracts key details such as violators, specific violations, actions taken, and fines imposed. The output is a structured knowledge graph that makes complex legal relationships easier to understand and query.
