DhavalThkkar/Resume_Parser
This repository uses Text mining and natural language processing algorithms for screening objectively thousands of resumes in a few minutes without bias to identify the best fit for a job opening based on thresholds, specific criteria or scores.
This project helps recruiters and HR managers quickly sort through many job applications. You provide a job description and a list of desired skills, along with a folder of PDF/DOCX resumes. It then automatically scores and ranks thousands of resumes, helping you identify the best candidates without bias.
No commits in the last 6 months.
Use this if you receive a high volume of job applications and need an unbiased, automated way to screen resumes against specific job requirements.
Not ideal if you only handle a few applications or prefer to manually review every resume without a scoring system.
