The AOPWiki Explorer helps toxicologists and environmental scientists understand how chemicals impact biological systems. It takes information from the AOPwiki, a comprehensive resource for Adverse Outcome Pathways, and presents it as an interactive network visualization. Users can query this database using natural language or a specialized query language to discover connections and relationships between AOPs and related objects.
