This project helps customer service teams quickly determine if two customer inquiries, even if phrased differently or containing typos, mean the same thing. You input pairs of customer questions, and it outputs a judgment of whether they are semantically identical or not. This is for call center managers, customer support specialists, or anyone needing to categorize and route customer queries efficiently.
