An Interactive Tool for Natural Language Processing on Clinical Text
This project provides an interactive tool for clinical researchers and medical professionals to analyze unstructured clinical text. It takes raw electronic medical records (EMRs), such as colonoscopy and pathology reports, as input. The output is extracted, structured information about clinical variables, helping to categorize patient data or identify specific medical findings from large volumes of text.

Use this if you need to automatically extract and categorize specific clinical information from a collection of raw medical text documents.
Not ideal if you are looking for a plug-and-play solution without any development setup, or if you need to process medical images or structured database records.
