This platform helps companies efficiently find suitable candidates and helps job seekers find relevant opportunities by matching resumes to job descriptions. Companies input job descriptions and receive a ranked list of resumes with matching skills; candidates upload their resumes and get considered for relevant roles. Recruiters, HR managers, and job applicants are the primary users.
