Antibody Watch: Text Mining Antibody Specificity from the Literature
This tool helps scientists automatically identify and track problematic antibodies mentioned in scientific literature. It takes in text snippets about antibody performance and determines if they describe a nonspecific, potentially unreliable antibody. The output identifies specific antibodies (via Research Resource Identifiers) that are flagged as problematic, helping researchers avoid using reagents that might compromise their experimental results.
No commits in the last 6 months.
Use this if you need to quickly scan scientific literature for mentions of problematic antibodies and identify them by their Research Resource Identifier (RRID).
Not ideal if you need to analyze antibody specificity from experimental data rather than from published text.
