Open Text Shield (OTS) is an open-source AI-driven system for fast real-time classification of SMS content.
This system helps telecom operators and security managers automatically identify and block unwanted SMS messages. You feed it incoming text messages, and it tells you in real-time if each message is legitimate, spam, or a phishing attempt. This allows you to protect your network and customers from scams and unwanted communication.
Use this if you need a fast, multilingual solution to classify SMS messages as spam, phishing, or legitimate (ham) to improve network security and protect revenue.
Not ideal if your primary need is general-purpose text analysis beyond SMS classification, or if you require extensive customization for non-telecom-specific text data.
