This project helps e-commerce product managers and marketers understand customer sentiment and product characteristics for hygiene products. It automatically collects customer reviews from online marketplaces like Coupang for specific products, processes the Korean text, and extracts key keywords and product features. The output is a categorized list of keywords and related reviews, offering insights into what customers value.
