A Python script that anonymizes an Excel file and synthesizes new data in its place.
This tool helps you remove sensitive personal information from your Excel spreadsheets. You provide an Excel file containing names, phone numbers, emails, locations, dates, or credit card numbers, and it generates a new Excel file where this data is replaced with fabricated, non-identifiable values. This is ideal for anyone who needs to share or use data from Excel sheets without compromising individual privacy or breaking data protection rules.

Not ideal if you need to encrypt data that can later be reversed to its original state, as this tool permanently replaces sensitive information.
