Implementation of multiple NLP approaches, in order to identify fake product reviews at one of the leader Virtual Merchants of the world.
This project helps e-commerce fraud analysts identify deceptive product reviews. It takes product review text and associated details (like star ratings and purchase verification) as input, and outputs a prediction indicating whether the review is likely fake or authentic. This is useful for trust and safety teams at online retailers who need to maintain platform integrity.

Use this if you are an e-commerce platform or brand trying to automatically detect and flag fraudulent product reviews to protect customer trust and product reputation.
Not ideal if you need a solution for detecting fake reviews outside of e-commerce, or for languages other than English.
