This project helps bioinformaticians and biomedical researchers understand complex interactions mentioned in scientific literature. It takes in either free-form scientific text and outputs structured event graphs showing entities (like proteins or diseases) and their roles, or takes in structured event graphs and generates clear, informative text. This allows for easier analysis of molecular reactions, organism-level outcomes, and adverse drug reactions.
