This provides core build and developer support files for GiellaLT language technology repositories. It takes source code from other GiellaLT language projects and helps compile them into functional language tools. Developers working on GiellaLT projects will use this to ensure their language repositories can be built correctly.
Use this if you are a developer contributing to or building language resources within the GiellaLT ecosystem and need the foundational tools for compilation and project setup.
