Tool to analyse past parliamentary questions with visualisation in RShiny
This tool helps government policy advisors, researchers, or parliamentary staff analyze past written Parliamentary Questions (PQs) directed at the Ministry of Justice. You can input a new question or key phrase and it will rank the similarity to historical PQs, identify related topics, and visualize patterns. It takes in parliamentary question text and outputs similarity scores, topic groupings, and relevant past questions.
No commits in the last 6 months.
Use this if you need to quickly understand the context and history of a new parliamentary question by comparing it to a comprehensive database of past questions.
Not ideal if you are looking to analyze parliamentary questions from departments other than the Ministry of Justice, unless you have specific approved access to the external tool.
