quadbio/cell-annotator
Automatically annotate cell types, consistently across samples.
Automatically identify and label cell types in your single-cell RNA sequencing data. You provide your scRNA-seq data and biological context (like species and tissue type), and the tool delivers consistent cell type annotations across all your samples. This is ideal for biologists and researchers working with single-cell genomics who need to efficiently characterize cell populations.
Available on PyPI.
Use this if you need an initial, consistent set of cell type, state, and confidence labels for your scRNA-seq data to guide further analysis, even with limited gene sets.
Not ideal if you require absolutely error-free annotations without any human oversight, as the AI models may sometimes make mistakes.
