This is Project which contains Data Visualization, EDA, Machine Learning Modelling for Checking the Sentiments.
This project helps HR professionals and business leaders understand employee sentiment by analyzing thousands of online employee reviews. It takes raw text from reviews about companies like Google or Amazon and quantifies opinions on aspects like work/life balance, culture, and career opportunities. The output helps identify key themes and sentiment trends across different companies or job roles.
