Undergrad final year project to predict diseases given any text symptoms.
This project helps medical students, general practitioners, or health information lines quickly narrow down potential diagnoses. You input a patient's symptoms as free text, and it outputs the top five most probable diseases. It's a tool for initial assessment, not a replacement for a doctor's full evaluation.
