This project helps social media content moderators or platform safety teams identify hateful comments. It takes raw social media comments in English, Tamil, or mixed Tamil-English as input and flags them as either homophobic, transphobic, or neither. The output is a classification of each comment, helping to prioritize or automate content review.

No commits in the last 6 months.

Use this if you need to automatically detect and filter homophobic or transphobic content from large volumes of social media comments, especially those written in English, Tamil, or a mix of both.

Not ideal if your primary need is to detect hate speech categories beyond homophobia and transphobia, or if your content is in languages other than English and Tamil.
