Mogady/FAQs-automatic-scraper
Automatic Scraping project for extracting FAQ and Help center articles
This project helps customer support managers or content strategists quickly gather a complete set of frequently asked questions and help articles. You provide a list of company help center URLs, and it automatically navigates those sites to extract Q&A pairs. The output is organized JSON files, with a separate folder for each company's FAQs and articles.
No commits in the last 6 months.
Use this if you need to systematically collect all FAQs and help articles from multiple company support sites, especially if some are built on Zendesk.
Not ideal if you only need to extract information from a single, simple web page or if you require real-time monitoring of help center changes.
