This tool creates a private, interactive chatbot on your Mac that can answer questions using information from your PDF documents. You feed it your PDFs, and it allows you to chat and get detailed, contextual answers directly from their content. This is ideal for researchers, analysts, or anyone who needs to extract specific information from long documents without sending their data to the cloud.
Use this if you need to privately query your own collection of PDF documents to get specific answers, rather than just summaries, without any data leaving your computer.
Not ideal if you need to interact with a general-purpose AI chatbot or process document types other than PDFs.
