End-to-end agent to transform unstructured clinical notes into structured FHIR data (EACL 2026)
Infherno helps healthcare professionals and data managers convert free-text clinical notes, like doctor's observations or discharge summaries, into a standardized format called FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources). This allows different healthcare systems to understand and share patient data easily. It takes unstructured text as input and outputs structured FHIR resources, which are essential for interoperability and data analysis.
Use this if you need to automatically transform raw, unstructured clinical notes into structured, standardized FHIR data for better data sharing and system compatibility.
Not ideal if you primarily use open-source models for processing, as their performance for this task is substantially less reliable than commercial alternatives.
