This project helps business professionals transform their existing internal documents and emails into an interactive knowledge base. It takes these unstructured texts as input and allows users to ask questions, generating clear, AI-powered answers that can also automatically draft email responses, all while keeping a human in the loop for quality control.
Use this if you need to quickly find answers within your company's existing documents and emails, or want to automate the drafting of email responses to common internal queries.
Not ideal if your primary need is for a public-facing chatbot or if you require real-time knowledge synthesis from external, constantly changing data sources.
