MCPSafari: Native Safari MCP Server for AI Agents
This project enables AI agents, like Claude or Cursor, to directly control Safari on your Mac. It allows your AI to browse the web, click buttons, fill forms, and gather information using Safari's native capabilities, rather than a separate browser. It takes commands from your AI agent and outputs actions in Safari and information back to the agent.
Use this if you need your AI agent to interact with websites and web applications directly through Safari, especially for complex interfaces or when optimizing for Apple Silicon performance and native macOS integration.
Not ideal if your AI agent workflows are not on macOS, or if you primarily use Chrome/Chromium-based browsers and need your agent to operate within that specific environment.
