A MCP server (Streamable HTTP) for asking user questions via a web interface, inspired by the Claude Code AskUserQuestion Tool.
This tool helps developers working with large language models like Claude, Codex, or Gemini to gather specific information from their users during a live conversation. The model sends a prompt to this tool, which then opens a web-based questionnaire for the user to fill out. Once submitted, the user's answers are sent back to the model for continued processing.
Use this if you are a developer building AI applications and need to collect structured input from end-users through a simple, interactive web interface within a model's workflow.
Not ideal if you need to build complex survey forms with advanced logic, conditional questions, or integrate with existing CRM/data platforms.
