It takes requests from an AI assistant, like "summarize this ticket" or "create a new user," and provides structured Zammad data or performs actions. Customer support agents, managers, and IT helpdesk personnel can use this to automate routine tasks and get quick insights.
Use this if you want to empower your AI assistant to directly interact with your Zammad helpdesk, automating ticket management, user queries, and organization data retrieval.
Not ideal if you do not use Zammad as your helpdesk system or do not plan to integrate AI assistants into your support workflow.
