A Model Context Protocol (MCP) server for providing AI agents with access to information in an ArchiMate model.
This project helps software architects and development teams leverage their existing ArchiMate architectural models to quickly generate documentation and get answers about their system. It takes an ArchiMate Exchange File (.xml) as input and allows AI coding assistants or agents to query elements and views within the model. The output is structured information about the architecture in markdown, JSON, or YAML, which is easily understood by AI tools to help generate documentation or provide context during development. The primary users are software architects and developers who want to integrate AI capabilities with their architectural models.
