This project connects AI assistants directly to your Help Scout customer support data. It allows customer service agents to use AI to search conversations, pull customer context, and get answers from their Help Scout inboxes without leaving their chat or editor. It takes your Help Scout data (conversations, customers, organizations) and outputs AI-powered insights and summaries to help support teams work faster.
Available on npm.
Use this if your customer support team uses Help Scout and you want to leverage AI to quickly find information, understand customer history, and draft replies more efficiently.
Not ideal if your organization doesn't use Help Scout for customer conversations or if you're not interested in integrating AI assistants into your support workflow.
