Vancouver helps developers integrate custom tools and prompts into large language models (LLMs) that support the Model Context Protocol (MCP), such as Claude Desktop. It takes your defined Elixir functions for specific tasks or code analysis, and exposes them to the LLM. This enables the LLM to access and utilize these custom capabilities.
