This project empowers your Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agents to make and manage real-world voice calls and send SMS messages directly through JustCall. It takes your existing conversational AI and provides it with a voice and a phone number, enabling it to interact with customers, leads, or team members via phone calls and text messages. An AI developer or anyone building conversational AI applications for customer service, sales, or support would use this.
Use this if you want your AI chatbot to move beyond text-based conversations and actively engage in voice calls or SMS exchanges with people.
Not ideal if you're looking for a general-purpose telephony solution that doesn't involve integrating with an AI agent or LLM.
