It automatically uses your existing GitHub CLI login, so you don't need to manually create and configure Personal Access Tokens. This allows developers and project managers to easily integrate GitHub data into their AI-powered workflows.
Use this if you need to connect an AI assistant (that supports Model Context Protocol) to your GitHub account and want to avoid the hassle of manual Personal Access Token setup.
Not ideal if your AI assistant doesn't use the Model Context Protocol or if your operating system/architecture is not among the supported platforms (e.g., FreeBSD, some ARM versions).
