MCP server for transferring conversation context between AI chats and projects
Implements memory-resident clipboard storage accessible across multiple MCP clients through a shared HTTP server with automatic discovery and reconnection, eliminating manual setup. Provides rich metadata (message counts, conversation size, status) and merge capabilities for combining related handoffs, alongside an interactive UI for MCP Apps–compatible clients. Supports verbatim conversation preservation, optional audit logging, and works with Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, and other MCP-enabled applications.
