This project lets your AI assistant directly edit Microsoft Word documents while they're open. You provide the AI with a Word file and instructions, and it can make live changes like formatting, adding tracked changes, or inserting comments, all appearing instantly. It's designed for anyone who works with Word documents and wants to leverage AI for editing and review without constant copying and pasting.
Available on PyPI.
Use this if you need an AI assistant to make precise, real-time edits, formatting changes, or add tracked changes and comments directly within an open Word document.
Not ideal if you primarily work with text-only files or do not use an AI assistant that supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
