Cho codon optimization WIP
This project helps scientists and researchers in biopharmaceutical manufacturing optimize the genetic code for producing therapeutic proteins. By inputting a protein sequence, you get an optimized DNA sequence designed to maximize protein expression in Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cells. This is specifically for those working with recombinant pharmaceuticals that rely on CHO cell systems.
