StyrbjornKall/TRIDENT
A collection of transformer-based models and developmental scripts presented in the publication "Transformers enable accurate prediction of acute and chronic chemical toxicity in aquatic organisms".
This project helps environmental scientists and toxicologists predict how harmful chemicals are to aquatic organisms. You input chemical structures, and it outputs predictions of acute and chronic toxicity (EC50/EC10 values). This is designed for researchers studying environmental risk assessment, chemical safety, and ecotoxicology.

Use this if you need to quickly and accurately assess the potential toxicity of various chemicals to aquatic life without extensive lab testing.
Not ideal if you need a general-purpose chemical property predictor for a broad range of properties beyond aquatic toxicity.
