A multi agent healthcare assistant system implemented using Python and Langgraph. The agents include icd10 code extractor, SOAP document generator and medical image report generator. This project uses one of the latest LLMs, MedGemma model.
This system helps healthcare professionals streamline documentation by analyzing clinical notes and medical images. You input patient notes or radiology scans, and it outputs structured ICD-10 codes, detailed image reports, or comprehensive SOAP notes. It's designed for clinicians, medical coders, or administrative staff looking to automate parts of their diagnostic and reporting workflows.
