A predictor of GPCR couplings with G-proteins/B-arrs using Transformers
PRECOGx helps biologists and pharmacologists understand how G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) interact with G-proteins and β-arrestins. You input a GPCR protein sequence and the tool outputs predictions about its coupling partners and detailed insights into the molecular mechanisms. This is for researchers studying cell signaling, drug discovery, or genetic variations affecting GPCR function.
Use this if you need to predict how a GPCR sequence couples with G-proteins and β-arrestins, and want to visualize the molecular features driving these interactions.
Not ideal if you are looking for experimental validation or a tool to design novel GPCRs from scratch.
