SleepLM: Natural-Language Intelligence for Human Sleep
This helps sleep researchers and clinicians analyze polysomnography (PSG) data more effectively. You input 30-second segments of preprocessed PSG recordings, and it generates targeted natural language descriptions of brain, cardiac, respiration, and somatic activity. It also allows you to find similar sleep signals based on text descriptions or vice versa. This tool is for sleep scientists, neurophysiologists, and medical researchers working with sleep study data.
Use this if you need to automatically generate detailed, interpretable natural language descriptions from raw sleep study data or retrieve specific sleep recordings using text queries.
Not ideal if you need to train a new model from scratch or require access to the original training datasets, as this repository is focused on inference and evaluation.
