This tool helps maintainers of open-source projects automatically manage incoming support requests and bug reports. When someone submits a new issue on your GitHub repository, it identifies and suggests similar past issues, whether open or closed. This allows issue authors to find solutions or relevant discussions quickly, reducing the need for maintainers to manually search for duplicates or related problems.

Use this if you manage a GitHub repository and want to proactively help users find existing solutions while reducing the burden of duplicate issues on your team.
Not ideal if your project has very few issues, or if you prefer a fully manual and human-curated approach to issue management.
