Implements a directed acyclic graph (DAG) pipeline where transformations (MapSynthesis, GroupSynthesis, ReduceSynthesis, FoldSynthesis) process sources through user-defined Python stages, with incremental rebuilds affecting only downstream layers. Outputs include full-text searchable artifacts, flat-file context documents, and complete provenance tracing from results back to original sources. Integrates via MCP server for Claude/Cursor, CLI automation, or direct SQLite access to the built search index.
