This tool helps contact center managers or telecom operators automatically transcribe and analyze recorded phone calls. It takes WAV audio files generated by an RTPEngine recording system and converts the spoken words into text. It can also optionally analyze the sentiment of the conversation, delivering these insights to your HOMER or HEPIC call monitoring system.
