A (not entirely working) stand-alone speech recognizer written in Common Lisp
This is a speech recognition system that converts spoken audio into text. It takes audio files, specifically raw WAV files or pre-processed Sphinx feature files, and outputs the transcribed words. This tool would be used by a researcher or developer who needs to process large amounts of audio into text for analysis or integration into other systems.

Use this if you need to transcribe spoken audio into text and are working with Sphinx acoustic models and ARPA language models.
Not ideal if you need a fully integrated, user-friendly speech-to-text application with a graphical interface.
