Alias is a teachable “parasite” that is designed to give users more control over their smart assistants, both when it comes to customisation and privacy. Through a simple app the user can train Alias to react on a custom wake-word/sound, and once trained, Alias can take control over your home assistant by activating it for you.
Alias helps you regain control over your smart home assistant. You input custom wake-up words or phrases and commands, and it outputs a personalized, privacy-enhanced smart assistant experience. This is for anyone who uses a Google Home or Amazon Alexa and wants more customization and privacy.

Use this if you want to create unique wake-up phrases for your smart assistant, issue custom commands, and enhance your privacy by masking your voice and identity.
Not ideal if you prefer the default settings of your smart assistant and are not concerned with customization or privacy modifications.
